Dental Consultant (Former Employee) – Delhi – July 11, 2018
Company typically lay stress on SELLING dental treatment. A dentist fell more like a SALESMAN rather than a Doctor. Working Hours are long, Job Location and responsibilities can change any time. Company is new , therefore work flow is not established, they want to experiment a lot with regard to sale/ or rather booking of dental treatment. Job security issues are present in the company. Key responsibilities are offered to Ex servicemen only. I will put it this way " this company is rehab. program for ex employees Army dental Corps".
..long working hours and forced to work overtime if desired...all weekends and most gazt holidays even working, no time for family.....continuous pressure from zonal heads n higher mgmt to complete targets....arnd 30% of salary based on target achievement......no job security and lot of mental stress........it is only good for fresh pass out bds for learning..for experienced ppl not d place as no professional growth........pressure to achieve revenue even if it involves unethical practice..even cco dr vimal arora says he doesnt need doctors but ppl who can mk money
resident dentist (Former Employee) – DELHI, CENTRAL WEST ZONE – June 1, 2018
Pressure to complete targets and majority salary dependent on them leading to a lot of stress. Leaves are not given on weekends and around festivals leading to compromised family life to a large extent. Also, continuous threatening by the zonal clinical head to achieve revenue even if it involves unethical work leading to lot of patient complaints, the Zonal heads themselves don't know or do any clinical work but just keep giving futile orders; no workplace security. No respect for employees, totally money minded organisation.
Good work life balance, young and dynamic team, workplace culture is not very good, too many hit and trials in the strategies implemented by the management, management doesn't give enough time to see results, not enough spending on marketing
Good work life balance
Too many people trying to arm twist you into doing it their way
Senior Executive (Current Employee) – Head Office – March 9, 2018
I am about to complete my 5 years in Clove. As a brand Clove is the largest dental chain in India. Job Culture is very different in comparison to other organisations. From the CEO to Janitor everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Management is ready to hear you and take your suggestions.
Senior consultant (Former Employee) – New Delhi – March 30, 2017
There is no growth at all, in terms of profession and financial aspect. Only freshers can work here who is in learning phase. The salary is related to revenue, so lot of unnecessary pressure which some time result in unethical practice. Weekends you have to work, so family life is compromised. Many a times salary hike is not upto the mark. They dont keep front office personel ,so all clarical jobs has to be done by the doctor. If you are a confident person, its not a place for you. The draw backs are as follows 1.No professional growth , 2. No weekend leaves , 3.Pressure to do unethical practice, 4.Extremely unprofessional behaviour of HR head., 5. Some times weekly leaves are cancelled if monthly target is not achieved which is largely marketing failure. , 6. They can change your zone of posting anytime, anywhere.
Manager (Former Employee) – Head office – February 9, 2018
Very poor work environment. Horrible senior managers and HODs who just dnt bother to work even for half an hr during whole day. Making fool of CEO. No growth opportunity and no appreciation for hardwork. Very discouraging and depressing .
Dentist (Former Employee) – New Delhi, Delhi – June 16, 2017
The place literally sucks. No work ethics. The people who call themselves big shots are worthless and don't know anything about tasks. The general managers and HR heads are the worst persons to work with and no ethical work culture can be seen over there.

My typical day at clove when i went to another branch of clove dental , there are lots of patient to treated and i am only assistant to assist 2 doctors at same time at new clinic but that is fantastic experience for me. clove dental has 100% ETHICAL TREATMENT and 100% STERILIZATION and 100% TRANSPARENCY.
