Chick-fil-A is a 10-time recipient of Restaurants & Institutions magazine's Choice In Chains Customer Satisfaction award and, as reported in the October 2004 edition of QSR magazine, the chain has been recognized for the third consecutive year as having the "Best Drive-Thru in America."

If you arent popular you dont get shifts, they have a tight clique of people who get most of the hours, also dont get sick, they have no sympathy for it and will ‘suspend you’ even when you have all of the doctors notes stating you werent just calling out for no reason
