Employees are slaves due to internal management
Cerner is actual a very company with good standards. But Cerner management and HR team has to get proper training and experience while hiring and screening the CV like which candidate is valuable or not to company. Instead to giving the preferences to there internal management`s candidates from other companies who has no proper experience and knowledge of work and process related. And in cerner policy there`s equal treatment to all employees. But BPS/BOS management makes employees as just slaves to which the highe actual higher management doesn`t know whats internal managers and HR`s are doing for employees and Lots of racism internal among employees where this is created by management Leads only. So, many have positive hope to join ,but after joining inn many leaving the Cerner. And also no initimation of joining date or of salary discussion, HR doesn`t give proper response as if we are their slaves. No proper communication.
