The management delaying in tramsfer for female...showing partiality and posting their needed one to their hometown. I think officers are enjoying more than clerk since officers are posted near to hometown and clerk are posting beyond their specified distance.. Policy is not followed. They are following their own policy and many of them residing in same branch for many years which is blinded by management.worst premises.

One of the biggest Nationalised Bank having branches in all quarters of India. The bank is very much customer friendly and the work atmosphere for all the employees is very healthy. The management is pro staff.
Central Bank of India is having presence in all over India. Customer base of bank was good but due to fierce competition bank ( private sector banks, NBFC and payment banks) is loosing customer base. Bank is struggling with very high NPA particularly corporate accounts.
This is a large PSB organisation care for employees, transparent HR and promotion system. Process Improvement required to create efficiency in System and accountability. Bank must have sound Appriasal system, smart working and offload NPA to generate more profit.

Big bank but very traditional technical implementations Slow in adapting change may be due to its large presence But then the above facts, also give huge opportunity for implementing improvement and new tech Job security is highly certain.
