It is challenging to work over there. They not only gives us theoretical knowledge but also helps out with hands on experience. The management over there is very much employment friendly. Excellent team work.

Encouraging, competitive and challenging workplace

It is definitely a good experience to work with Capgemini.
It is always been a huge work pressure at Capgemini.
Here in Capgemini I have learned to increase my knowledge in excel, dealing with employees, work in a team.
The management here is overall good.
Most of the work needs to be handled manually in excel and tat is a great challenge as it encourages the number of manual mistakes and time taking as well.
Everyone in the team is cooperative and provide support when needed.
The hardest part of the job is to manage many things at a time manually without the support of any specified tool.
The most enjoyable part is the team outing arrangements done by the Management.
Pros
general shift
Cons
salary

Capgemini is a good place to learn and grow your career.
Since it is not an easy task to manage such a big crowd which capgemini have I will give management team a good remark for handling such a big crowd.
Workplace culture is more disciplined here, to compensate it HR team organizes fun activities at regular intervals :).
Pros
Gives opportunities to switch technologies.
Cons
Hike is very less

No quality projects, so no quality work.
Only Support and body shopping Capgemini DCX-mobility team does.

Management has some favorite people, they only receives all the appreciations and other perks like Variable pay, nomination for onsite visa etc.
Pros
Work-life balance is good, because no quality work is available so mostly they engage you in projects for billing
Cons
No Good projects, minimal salary hike, No onshore project, Variable pay paid after 15 months and if a person resigns/leaves before getting variable pay, his variable pay is not paid
