Not a recommended company to build your career
Consultant (Former Employee) –  Bangalore, KarnatakaOctober 17, 2018
Not a recommended company to build your career. Management is rude, do care about employee, no process, you need run for each and everything however they offer good salary, not sure of current company norms

Senior Software Engineer (Former Employee) –  Pune, MaharashtraOctober 16, 2018
Management is little messy but that is same for all the companies. As a fresher i had a very good exposure.
Everyone should try to explore the career section of Capgemini as it holds very technical projects which will give you a good start.

Only Best if u want to gain blind experience and no futuristic technology
Associate Consultant (Current Employee) –  Hyderabad, TelanganaOctober 16, 2018
No work here, People get paid just to sit and work(often).
Management will make u feel like company is just established 2 years back only.
Best if anyone is a manager looking for job change, Because u dont have to work for it your minions can be assigned worked.
Everything is played as per politics, and fake promises to keep employees managed.
Machines are good except if u have handed laptops of company they will just give 5 KG weighted laptops.
NO Future Technologies work here just words from their CEO.
World moves on tech such as bigdata, cloud and RPA, The Company is backed by its need on Mainframes.
The Freshers will be put to training batches blindly and not as per skills. They will test for all technologies once you have been pulled in some training batch. eg I had PLSQL certificate from college and they put me in mainframes not i Information analysis and development (IND).
Pros
only for higher managements
Cons
NO Future Technology or Technology change

A company with good work culture
Assistant Manager - Operations (Former Employee) –  Noida, Uttar PradeshOctober 3, 2018
Nice work culture with the young workforce; average salary and appraisals however. Management is quite supportive in case your RO is inline with you. Job is a bit safe here as far as your client is happy with you and the process is stable. Since, it has a BPO arm that includes working in night shifts, therefore it is a bit harder to achieve the work-life balance. Overall, its a company to work for and a nice place to learn and enhance your skills.
Pros
Good exposure and scope of learning
Cons
Average pay master

Its a company where growth is slow.
After the igate acquisition, the company has changed a lot and many people have moved out due to different type of management.

Good place to learn
Associate Consultant (Current Employee) –  Bangalore Urban, KarnatakaSeptember 24, 2018
Capgemini is a good place to learn and develop for enthusiastic freshers. However, the management is the con for the company since they stress less on the work-life balance and well being of their employees.
