A typical day of work included about 10- 12 hours of productivity although expected working hours was 9.5. They have variety of projects and a huge scope to learn and enhance skills Management is average. Promotions are not given frequently and you can even expect 0% hike. workplace culture is safe and enthusiastic. Hardest part of job is when you have to work in shifts.
It is challenging to work over there. They not only gives us theoretical knowledge but also helps out with hands on experience. The management over there is very much employment friendly. Excellent team work.
Encouraging, competitive and challenging workplace

It is definitely a good experience to work with Capgemini. It is always been a huge work pressure at Capgemini. Here in Capgemini I have learned to increase my knowledge in excel, dealing with employees, work in a team. The management here is overall good. Most of the work needs to be handled manually in excel and tat is a great challenge as it encourages the number of manual mistakes and time taking as well. Everyone in the team is cooperative and provide support when needed. The hardest part of the job is to manage many things at a time manually without the support of any specified tool. The most enjoyable part is the team outing arrangements done by the Management.

Capgemini is a good place to learn and grow your career. Since it is not an easy task to manage such a big crowd which capgemini have I will give management team a good remark for handling such a big crowd. Workplace culture is more disciplined here, to compensate it HR team organizes fun activities at regular intervals :).
