Team Lead (Former Employee) – Gurgaon – April 11, 2018
Just politics nothing else. If you are a relative of a senior manager you will have everything and if you are just a employee with no relative not a place to work with. Nobody cares what you do No learning in my entire career of 4 years. Manager don't know anything. wont recommend to stay there for more than a year. I wasted my life for this company.
Everything, they dont have tools and expect that you do everything without them.

BT is a name in itself. It has made me learned stakeholder management. Month end close is tedious but still enjoys the same. Work life balance is being given due importance in BT. BT is a healthy organisation with its slogan being Our Success is through our People.

Good place to learn and gain skills. People are given chance to learn and achieve good skills as per their profile. Also opportunities are given to raise their skill set. Work life balance is maintained. Management is really helpful and supportive. Good team building exercises.
I was a Fresher when I joined British Telecom, and I must say the experience has been mind opening. Corporate life is radically different from what one expects to be at the beginning and obviously, nothing is that plain/ black or white. My advice for a Fresher would be to go office, do your work, laugh a little here and there, greet people, finish your work and home. And if you get free time, learn a few things extra (always a good thing).
