good opportunity for learning with no work life balance
Consultant (Former Employee) – Mumbai, Maharashtra – May 16, 2019
BCG provides a good opportunity for learning and growth. But the hours are extremely long. It is expected that an associate will work during weekends. One has to specifically request for work free weekend
Lead (Current Employee) – Gurgaon, Haryana – June 30, 2018
- Indian Management is only focusing on taking more control and putting pathetic policies to discourage employees - Employees are happy with their Overseas Management however Indian Management is not good.
Free Food, Internet Reimbursement, Mobile reimbursement
Associate Researcher (Former Employee) – New Delhi, Delhi – June 1, 2017
Pros I worked in DRS (Data and Research Services) in India - Most approachable senior management - Care for personal career aspirations - Everyone encourages you to grow. Cons - Compensation can be more competitive - Should have more career tracks for UG hires Advice to Management Please have more MBA friendly sponsorship programs for UG students
Senior Associate (Current Employee) – Mumbai – May 11, 2017
BCG provides a good learning environment but the life is challenging. The work starts to look repetitive after a certain point of time. The company tries to take care of employees but the profession requires full dedication
- Great work culture - Care for personal career aspirations - Amazing co-workers - Ethical and value-based - Focus on employees; very meritocratic - Great perks and benefits - free food and drinks, great office, frequent outings etc.
BCG is great company but DAAS is horrible team with extremely poor top leaders. Sh**ty work culture.. Open favoritism towards a**-lickers and pathetic work culture. Do not go there if you can't do dirty politics and if you want any kind of work life balance in your life.
Extremely long hours, Favoritism and bias, Mental Harassment by Director
