Hardest part being the monthly sales target. Diagnostics is a niche market with so many competitors with cheaper tests and regular monthly targets are not easily met. Immunology segment needs a new Vidas. The world is 7 billion people and single dose test is really going to increase cost specially in developing markets so wake up Top Guns and focus on newer, cheaper solutions for instance shifting manufacturing to Asia! You will get to learn a lot. Nothing like landing a dream job but almost close to one.
