Engineer (Former Employee) – Gurgaon, Haryana – January 28, 2019
Employees are the only real asset of the company. Career progression is comparatively slow as compared to the Industry. Specialization is key for career progression. High job security and lots of opportunities to travel.
Senior Structural Engineer (Former Employee) – New Delhi, India – February 8, 2018
I learnt design of Piperacks, Steel Equipment Supporting Structures, Connections design. The management was good & and colleagues were helpful. The hard part was tight schedules. I have always met my targets of delivering on time & whilst meeting quality standards.
Software project Lead (Current Employee) – Delhi, Delhi – April 7, 2017
Most of employee stay here due to very good Work/Life balance apart that they offer good salary also but on managerial level you have to do CHAPLUSI to get permote or appraisels , well it also depends on Project to Project
A typical day at work include designing various structures for o&g and thermal power projects. Learned a lot about o&g and thermal power structures and using of latest software for designing. Management was thorough in decision making. The hardest part of the job was to try & get approved any new concept. The most enjoyable part of the job was the work culture.
Exellent place to work. A lot to learn. Management requires a refit. Culture somewhat ok. Work pressure accumlates towards breaking the neck due to miss management. Much to learn from different projects
Friendly Atmosphere to work
Failure on implimentation of work ethics and poor wisdom on judgement
