It was great to be a part of UK's oldest bank,It has a superb work culture and so many fun activities to participate into,,My communication skills got enhanced,the language and personal development training that they provide it has no comparison.
Work pressure is there as their products are not very competitive in the market and it made the job hard to retain the consumer for a longer time....
Overall good organisation to work with,strongly care about their values and work ethics ,still follow the traditional ways to maintain their customer experience and kind gestures to keep them happy.
