I think Barclays should have 2nd line people those who are compatible , can acknowledge the value of work done by there down line & growth oriented. I think this ethics can lead any company to its peak.
There is nothing like company culture. Everything lies in division and your manager.
Manager can cut your salary if you leave 1 hour early.
If you are out on sick leave or medical emergency then also they can give you bad rating, even on maternity leave. HR can't interrupt and power can be with 1 individual.
Treatment of vendor is not good and generally gives second grade work to them.
Pay wise ok, policy part they need fix.
