First day in my job i was scared because i was entered into one big company my mind thought that what job they give to me,how can i handle that .... my mind is wondering that is my most memorable day in AIT.
i was learnt lot of things like work culture and how to mingle with colleagues.Learnt how to behave at work places like with colleagues and managers etc....
Its fun to work and learn lots of new things. Helped me to build my career and improve my technical knowledge. Management provides you with lots of benefits. All my Coworkers are friendly and easy going. During Production Phase it was hard to manage all the work due to not enough resources. Most enjoyable is during the events that happen in the company
I learned a lot in this job & I count any experience as good experience because it always teaches you something. There was always a shortage of resources as well as people so this worked to my advantage initially as kept getting more & more work to do as I was able to handle responsibility well. But having said that, there was no work life balance, remunerations weren't equivalent & nobody to actually provide guidance as the project timelines were unrealistic & we were always behind time & under pressure. Also there were no other interesting projects in the company
The difficult environment makes you tough
No proper processes, No work life balance, Nobody willing to take the responsibility, No togetherness among employees

It's a very flexible in terms of working hours and also the timing. I.e. as an employee I need to fulfill min 7 hrs and also I can come and leave office at any time in a typical day. I learned a little bit of Vision plus technology working here. Co-workers are friendly as well as supportive. This is true as well for the management. Again this learning of the new technology of Vision plus is the hardest part and at the same time the most enjoyable part of the job.
