The company is a MNC in to import and trading of locks but still have to work a lot on its environment and culture which typically reflects that of a promoter based Trading company.
The only good thing about the organisation is flexibility, in particular for the sales team.
The company lacks in provide career progression to the employees and hence oversee lot of attrition year on year.
