The day starts with reviewing the mails and then checking the companies allotted and completing any precious backlog. You can take breaks whenever you want, your manager just want you to complete the work allotted. overall, it was a nice experience with Aon.
As I worked for quiet long time there saw many changes in work culture It went from great to not good at time i resigned. I don't know if there are any positive changes made in past 2 years since I left
Aon cornerstones includes Client, Colleague and Community and truly nurtures and lives the culture across the organization. Aon provides a fantastic platform for its colleagues to shine, perform, get exposed to new opportunities.
Working in Aon for more than 3 years my experience is good in respect of work but in respect of compensation and retention bonus i have some concern with that but right now working in domestic environment aon work culture is far much better than present organisation.
The policies are very good, but your job depends on your department manager. If the manager is politically motivated and doesn't like you then you will not be able to survive. It all depends on who your manager is. If you are with a good manager then you can stay here for a long time
Aon is reowned brand and I feel honoured working in a such big MNC. Work culture is amazing. Colleague are very supportive n helpful. They guide in the right direction n with the right skills. You will get to know how to grow n learn the things. How to take criticism in a positive way to constantly improve yourself.
Unlimited growth for the effective and productive employee. Coupled with knowledge enhancement training makes you competitive in the market. Diligent associates are appreciated and motivated to excel in the area of expertise.
