Retain the existing best talent
Provide them challenging tasks and keep them busy

Avoid all free bees including lunch, breakfast, snacks etc instead of that provides moneytor benefits to employees

I left the job because of rotational sift
it was difficult for my health so i was getting health issue

Should start working on other domains not just only telecom

Provide timely opportunity for relocation and for good people should not keep salary upper bounds
