The Company is a place where we spend half of the life and Its very difficult when your HR's are very lenient for the complaints of Employees... Allstate has done many drives to keep employees Happy and for Life Balancing.
But HR's and TL's suck employees life....
I think when 1 employee says something about management then there are possibilities that employee is not performing or its employee who doesn't like the Management but when every employee is not happy with the Management then there is something on which Management should work on.
Good place to work, a great work life balance, Can learn good technologies, Managerial experience is very balanced. Helps you to discuss your problems on a one-to one level with yor HR or your manager,

I enjoy working around people. I respect Management and enjoy exploring new ideas about the work place in conversation. I have learned that the Retail World is so different from Telecommunication World. My co-workers were a great support team, we helped each other finish tasks as needed. The hardest part of the job was leaving. The most enjoyable part of the job was the co-workers and being able to see and make purchases of the sales items before the customers.
An organization with multiple linguistic culture and an overwhelming work environment

As a developer at Allstate I faced many challenging projects as the system is a legacy one and upgrading requires a lot of effort. Main challenge is to understand the business rather than the code. One of the biggest advantage working with Allstate is you can interact with members of any department in order to gain your knowledge or to fix some issue, as many different teams are placed on the same floor.
Free transportation services with wifi enabled vehicles
Management needs to be improved in order to retain the employees

Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company. The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my colleagues and learning from them. The office started to get crowded as the company grew and it was more difficult to get to know the new people. There was a lot of variety in what I did each day, ranging from the monotonous tasks to new projects that were challenging and exciting.
