A good start for freshers
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  KarnatakaSeptember 5, 2017
It is a good platform for freshers who are just out of college or new to the city. There is indeed alot you will learn about multi- cultural recruitment, sourcing, screening and a lot more. The major let down is the salary benefits. First of all majority of accounts are night shift and with the salary they provide its super hard to survive in a city like Bangalore.
Pros
Training, Cab Service
Cons
Salary, Night Shift, politics

Pros
Great people, great training, great entry level opportunity to get into recruiting and sales. If you are successful you will make more here than about anywhere else. Culture is 100% committed and generally cool type-A's you would want to have a beer with. The skills, drive, and sense of urgency you learn at Aerotek serve you well anywhere you may go later.

Good place to work and good environment
HR Recruiter level 2 (Current Employee) –  Bannerghatta Rd, KarnatakaJuly 12, 2016
Yes, Allegis is one of the best places to work and learn.
Typically the day will be conferencing with clients and point of contacts in USA. Later go with the daily activities of recruiting the candidates. Best learning for fresher's and experience people in the company job boards and working for BIG clients like MS, GOOGLE, AMAZON and many more. Management is one of best motivating people but only concern is of good salary hike, yearly appraisals and should provide better growth opportunities. Co-workers are always best employees in Allegis, friendly attitude, help to sort out professional issues. Growth completely depends on account you work with rather than your hard work. Work culture is one of most enjoyable part of Allegis. I recommend all fresher's to join company and gain good experience and see future in better prospects.
Pros
Work enivornment, Work Culture

Terrific Employer
Fort Wayne, IN (Former Employee) –  AP SpecialistNovember 10, 2011
The staff is great to work with as they are easy going yet efficient and understand your time is valuable too. If there are any problems they are addressed in a timely manner and with respect. The company offers insurance coverage after 30 days of employment (an actual assignment with a client) at a reasonable premium.
Pros
online time sheet processing
Cons
pay advice program a little hard to get into
