Some politics at different levels. But overall environment very good. I enjoyed working through out. In the last I had to leave due to my corrupt boss
I had to leave the group due to my corrupt boss. Who was caught later on and sacked. Other changed the company. Very clean working , seniors very helpful. CHRD plays very good roll in over all development and career planning of employees.
Aditya Birla group company is very biggest and rich. But In the company small format as pantaloons in management level is very bad. Staff not satisfied with mangers and management

Its good exposure here in ABG. Getting great knowledge of Consumer Insights and Market research. Work culture is really good. Senior management helps in every step.My typical day at work includes Data research, meeting with sales team, getting insights from customers.
ABG was a great place to work. Most days were productive because seniors gave a lot of autonomy Learned a lot from the work i did management gave a lot of autonomy culture was good , excellent work life balance when i was there, schedule was 6 days a week and there were very few holidays
The corporate office of Aditya Birla Group is a fast-paced and challenging work environment that is also quite open and progressive. The top management inspires respect and provide high quality mentoring to people working with them. The opportunities for young professionals to gain visibility are also quite significant. It is also one of the first places I have seen with women in key leadership position who have been given the opportunity to balance work with personal priorities.
Open work culture, good remuneration and benefits, intelligent and supportive colleagues
Excessive deference to the promoter's family especially among the old guard
