Axa is good company to work, culture wise it’s ok. Main business is insurance and financial products and it’s BPO by nature. Work life culture also very good and people can easily balance both work and personal life.

This company is good to work with however the learnings are limited and opportunity is not enough to grow. Leadership alignment is not good as well. Incorrect leaders are placed on a very good work area. They are not able to get more scope of work and clients are not getting convinced from them.
