HRs are manner less and rude, they don't have manners to talk to the candidates ...make you feel that you are in need for a job and they are not bothered to give you a job , I spoke with the HR and the interview was scheduled for the said date and then it was HRs responsibility to take the follow up if I am coming for the interview or no, when I sent an email for confirming the interview The HR got furious and started yelling like I owe anything their company .. It's their duty and responsibility to call and check with the candidates for the interview... Dear HRs for your for your information If we candidate are in need of the good job, companies also have need of good candidates ..so please respect the candidates and be a little soft spoken there are thousands of companies around to look for job no matter how big your company is the comapany grows with gratitude and not with the bad attitude.AXA.
