This is a great job if you're just starting out in the workforce / new to the country. You'll make loads of friends, and you'll get tons of skills you can bring with you anywhere. As well, management are very empathetic.
Issues are mainly that it's very cross sales focused, which can be quite frustrating. Also, the money could be better, which they generally gloss over by saying you get commission (which is very, very low). As well, the rota can be very unsocial (The call centre closes at 10pm).
To sum up, it's got a great social scene, the people are great, the pay could be better, the hours can be hard, and your social life outside of work friends will suffer, but if you stick with them for a year you'll get a job anywhere in NZ. If you're new to work in NZ, it does give you enough to live on, and you'll make plenty of friends.
Good management, great culture
Low salary, demanding hours
