Eaton’s Filtration business is largely focused on the Food & Beverage,Edible Oil, Chemical : INK, Coating, Paint,Oil and Gas : Clear Amine Filtration.

The Job Description is as follows :
A. Assume responsibility for assigned accounts/territories and promote and execute the sale of company products and systems.
B. Participate in determining and negotiating sales contract terms and conditions advising sales management of significant market, business, and competitor factors influencing sales commitments.
C. Develop contacts with appropriate customer personnel to determine requirements, present product and engineering information and to establish a strong business relationship conducive to Eaton Filtration becoming the preferred supplier.
D. Investigate and analyze customer problems and needs, recommend solutions applying company products and systems, ensuring that the Company’s profit margin goals are achieved.
E. Cooperate with Customer Service personnel and other internal functions to ensure that commitments to customers are met in a professional, timely and quality manner.
F. Develop concept of customer’s needs by studying their operations and applying suitable operation / sales tools available.
G. Grow Company business and expand customer base by identifying potential customers/markets and developing appropriate strategies to take advantage of new business opportunities.
H. Demonstrate and promote products to customers and potential customers, provide product and product application training to Eaton Filtration employees / Distributors and customer personnel.
I. Make calls at scheduled frequency to ensure that a high level of service is maintained and no business opportunities are missed.
J Implement Eaton Filtration programs at Distributors, that support the achievement of Company’s Distributor strategies and objectives. Partner with Distributors in developing sales plans and product forecasts to maximize business opportunities and product sales growth.
K Implement and manage the Sales Action Plan program with Distributors and key OEMs.
L Provide management with detailed pertinent information on factors affecting the company business, such as market trends, competitive activities, potential sales and the like.

Represent the Company in a professional and ethical manner, with integrity and trust and with personal presentation and behavior beyond reproach.

Adhere to Company policies and procedures at all times. Submit sales reports required by management, on a timely basis.
Carry out other duties as directed by management.

O Carry out other duties as directed by management. Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements) Sound knowledge of Filtration products and technologies
  • Engineering graduate with understanding of customer application requirements
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal articulation, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with applicable commercial laws and practices
  • Capability to scan and obtain market intelligence – good networking skills
  • Relationship skills with all levels and functions within the customers organization
