Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.

Responsibilities:
Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
