Job Description: Requirements: 1. 4 to 6 years of custom development experience in Java / J2EE: thorough understanding of Java 1.4/1.5/6, JSP, Core Java, EJB 2.x understanding of development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate 2. At least 2 years experience in Business Rules Language Development using ILOG, thorough knowledge of ILOG Rules Studio, ILOG Rules Execution Server, ILOG Decision Validation Server 3. 1 to 2 years of experience in Design and creating Design Artifacts (LLDs, HLDs) independently, knowledge of UML, and familiarity with tools such as StarUML 4. 1 to 2 years of experience in reviewing code, knowledge of industry best practices in rules coding 5. 1 to 2 years of experience is reviewing Unit Test scripts, including use of JUnit for maximizing code coverage 6. Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities 7. Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral) as well as good interpersonal skills, should have good documentation be able to create high quality client artifacts (documents, presentations, reports). 8. Familiarity with onsite/offshore model. 9. Thorough understanding of processes such as Configuration Management and setup and maintenance of tools such as SVN. 10. Familiarity with RAD 7.x as IDE
