Site supervision and construction of KFC restaurants.2. Ensuring reduction in capex as per site conditions.3.
Evaluation and approval of services as per site conditions and template requirements.4. Co-ordination between PMC, project contractors/vendors and developer/landlord.5. Understanding operation team needs and accommodating them as per site conditions.6. Verifying BOQs post construction completion of projects.REPORTING TO Assistant Manager/Manager/Sr.
Manager ProjectsAdditional InformationEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture or ITI/NCTVT course.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1. Hands on experience of minimum 3-4 years in retail/hospitality/PMC.2. Possess in-depth knowledge and site oriented experiences in handling interiors, hvac, plumbing, electricals, etc.3. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Projects.4.
Possess excellent capabilities on costing and quantification of BOQs.PROPOSED CTC PER ANNUM Rs. 2,50,000/-
