Develop and drive MGPP for programs as per customer’s needs and Engineering Tools CoE vision
Develop Resource & Communication plans for programs and keep all the stakeholders updated on deliverable’s status
Review the progress and quality of deliverables on a regular basis to ensure On-Time Delivery with FTY=1
Present projects/tools at technical/leadership/TG reviews and drive tool’s usage globally
Drive the performance evaluation process for the team and create a performance driven & inclusive culture in the team
Work with CoE Manager and other Team Managers to proactively identify synergy opportunities and CoE wide initiatives Qualifications/Requirements -Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering
Demonstrated ability to lead teams
7+ years relevant experience on Engineering Tools/Application development
Proficiency in Services Engineering tools and/or Web Apps development
In-depth understanding of software development life cycle
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Unfailing dedication to deadlines and commitments Desired Characteristics -Hands on experience in dPMM
Exposure to Engineering Processes followed in GE Infra business, to drive synergy
