- Networking of Hospitals including identification, assessment and empanelment of hospitals.
- Negotiation of tariff schedule, discounts with the hospitals.
- Checking on performance criterion for hospitals, Surprise visits to the hospitals for audit.
- Monitoring the activity of providers to ensure that hygiene is maintained in processes.
- MIS preparation, analysis, reviews of providers.
- Payment reconciliations, outstanding reviews and monitoring of payments to the Providers.
- Visit to beneficiaries & stake holders for claims, service & process audit.
- Ability to constantly generate ideas to implement the process
- Good analytical ability to evaluate the profit & loss through audits
- Always proactive towards business needs
- Drive for results & through efficient customer service approach for internal & external customers
- Process oriented
- Maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders
. Extensive travelling to various district of the region would be required.
- Candidates with MHA / BHMS / BAMS/ MBA with experience in Pharmaceutical Industry/ Medical Representatives /Science graduates with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospital / Pharmaceuticals / Insurance sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with good knowledge of market practices, Healthcare Industry, Hospital services / charges etc.
- Understanding on processes of claims & services covered under health insurance will be an added advantage.
