The job of Senior Design Engineer (Process/ Chemical) involves process know-how and basic engineering.
This includes
1.0 Prepare process and utility flow diagrams.
2.0 Prepare specifications of all raw materials, products and utilities.
3.0 Prepare plot plans and basic layouts.
4.0 Process calculations for sizing of equipment and piping.
5.0 Prepare basic specifications of all items.
6.0 Review detail-engineering drawings from process point of view.
7.0 Prepare operating volumes.
The candidate should be a first class graduate in Chemical Engineering from reputed university/ institute.
