Job Description

This position will be responsible for process transitions by co-ordination with the various Front Offices across the Globe

The Candidate should have handled a team of min 20 -30 members and should have good Problem Solving, analytical and conflict resolving skills. He should have an ability to motivate the teams for meeting the targeted performance and implementing the process for achieving excellent business performance.

Should be ready to move into new roles, process improvement and process standardization, work towards systems optimization and should be willing to work in shifts

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
(Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM)

Incumbent should be a Graduate + MBA with experience in Documentation and Customer Service for Exports/ Imports in Shipping or Logistics Industry

Experience : 7 Years out of which at least 2 years should be at managerial level.

Should be into South America / Brazil / Asia Trade
