Vigorous follow up on a day to day basis at head office on individual borrowers/group/centre/area for regularity of repayment/attendance

Pre disbursement
Drawing up norms for determining no of Pre disbursement field visits to be covered by each category of field staff CRS/CRM/AM in their area of operation
Post disbursement
Drawing up norms for determining no of Post disbursement field visits to be covered by each category of field staff CRS/CRM/AM in their area of operation
CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT
As a part of Annual Budget exercise identification of credit risk, operational risk and environmental risk.
To measure and quantify risk wherever possible
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Ensuring that Credit Department functions as a well knit unit
Maintaining close rapport with all members of the senior management team at head office for purpose of coordinated functioning
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and must be willing to travel extensively.
