Job Description
Conduct research on allotted specialization (function/sector) and build database on in-house database
Apply headhunting techniques for sourcing candidates
Create and publish adverts for attracting candidate pool
Interview (Qualify) candidates to assess their suitability for vacancies as well as ability to move jobs
Be able to handle uncover concerns and handle candidate objections during the process of recruitment
Manage entire recruitment process from start to finish at both Client’s and Candidate’s end
Be active in generating candidate pipeline for current assignments
Prioritize work load and self manage to ensure working effectively on multiple assignments
Develop and maintain long standing and strategic relationships with Clients and Candidates
Stay focused on your KPIs by achieving given targets
