The Chemicals sales leader will be the focal point for Water for identifying and leading/winning chemical commercial opportunities in the region . This position will entail leading 30 + sales positions across the country and providing leadership on commercial excellence, profitable growth & customer engagement & satisfaction
Essential Responsibilities Ability to develop and implement complex selling strategies to achieve operating plan metrics of revenue and margin growth across the region
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and leadership team at customer accounts.
Implement and maintain the necessary operating rhythms, reporting and business processes to identify, track, negotiate and close targeted opportunities.
Lead a well qualified and experience commercial sales team
Organize and focus the necessary GE Water resources from Commercial, Product Management, Technology, Operations and Finance to deliver the products and services required by the Energy customer base.
Own and execute the preparation and submission of winning proposals that are coordinated across the broad key customer relationships, lead negotiations where necessary, maintain effective business relationships and develop/maintain necessary processes and procedures to insure selling effectiveness.
Oversee the OTR execution discussions with existing key customers to resolve issues be it service, past dues, etc.
Compile, assess, and effectively communicate relevant economic, market, competitive data to assess our aggregate opportunity and competitiveness.
Lead the team of Field Services and enable customer engagement, value generation plans etc.
Qualifications/Requirements BE : Chemical or Msc Chemistry
Proven track record of at least 10 years selling large complex accounts, complex contracts and/or technical solutions of substantial value in the Water Industry.
In-depth understanding of GE Water products, services, technologies and applications.
Ability to adhere to high ethical values

Ability to integrate theoretical concepts into practical applications
