Domain expert in at least one industry (Heavy Industries / Automobile / Aerospace)
Play a lead role between client and back end Mechanical team by having knowledge of technical aspects of design and development throughout the product development life cycle
Strong in manufacturing processes
Act as domain champion or Mechanical technical expert or design expert at Sales/Marketing team level
Able to estimate Mechanical projects (like Designing/Drafting, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, analysis, etc.) independently
Liaising with existing clients
Identifying and establishing new business and convert leads to successful closures
Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations; negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
Establish and improve cooperation with new/existing customers
Ensuring that sales targets are met
Maintaining relationship with key accounts of the company.
Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
Developing presentations, libraries for different services
Organizing client visits to the facility scheduling onsite visits.
providing product education and advice
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
Maintaining client database into CRM.
Support in pre-exhibition activities.
Cross Selling Activities.
Key skills required
strong technical skills
strong communication skills (written oral)
International exposure (would be an added advantage)
Knowledge of tools like SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer, CATIA, UG, ANSYS, etc.
Knowledge related to Designing/Drafting, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, analysis, etc.
Knowledge on CAM would be added advantage
