BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
15+ years in software engineering positions
7+ years in software engineering management or architecture or research
Experience building large scale, high performance systems
Confidence to build and manage high performance teams and drive cross-functionally towards a common goal
Ability to understand and guide teams that need to balance the interplay between complex systems software and work with demanding product requirements, complex, constantly evolving hardware installations and high-performance teams.
Depth in at least two or more of the following technologies - Web, systems, networking, cloud computing, research
