Transition Team Member in HR Process Capgemini -

Skill :1. POSITION PURPOSE:
We’re looking for the transition team members who will perform transition activities on Client’s side as part of new HRO project. Successful candidates will interact with a Client on a daily basis, work at resolving issues, cooperate with other transition team members, ensure that the documentation is produced according to the project deadline dates and to the expected quality, train remaining delivery team members and manage/perform the ramp up back in the delivery center. After completing transition phase – they will become members of the delivery team for this client.
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to respective HR areas (at least one area): o Comp, Payroll, Ben & Pensions
o Learning & Development
o Recruitment o Workforce Planning and Succession
o Performance Management
o Mobility
o HR Master Data, Organisation structure, HR Admin & Helpdesk
Perform transition of respective HR processes according to Capgemini methodology
Deliver all required process documentation and other transition deliverables within agreed timeframes
Cooperate with the client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery
Arrange and deliver training to the remaining delivery team members prior to service go-live
After successful transition – deliver the service accordingly as part of the delivery team
3. REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge & experience in at least one of the HR areas mentioned in the paragraph above
Previous transition experience is desired
Fluent spoken and written English is essential
Very good analytical
