· Aerospace: HTS develops and supports safety critical aerospace systems such as flight management systems, flight panel displays, environment control systems, and engine control systems for Commercial and Regional Transportation, Business and General Aviation, Space, and Defense.
Minimum of 6 years experience in avionics domain (Preferably in FMS)
Experience in Developing good software and System requirements from customer specifications
Good Understanding of avionics design, product development & application as well as system integration
Familiar with Epic architecture.
Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
System Engineer should demonstrate strong practices in system engineering standards and Certification (Includes DO-178B/C, ARP4754)
Writing robust system requirements, system level testing and validating them as per ARP 4754 compliance.
Developing and Executing Reusable Test Cases that satisfies all the cases of requirement
Creating data dictionary that contains package level inputs/outputs and ties up system names & software names
Interaction with Lead System Engineers to come up with system architecture and definition based on requirements
Identifying and debugging issues at the system level and understanding interaction with other aircraft systems
