This role will share responsibility for the QCT Oracle Applications business systems and technologies. The primary responsibilities will include providing overall management and direction for India based IT production/sustaining, development projects, application upgrades, direct employees and consultants
Skills/Experience
10-15 years experience/understanding of Oracle applications. The position requires 10-15 years IT management experience, such as direct report management, financial, scope, schedule, and risk management of projects, consulting / external resource management, IT project management and methodology, application development process management, customer expectation management. The position requires broad-based functional experience and proven track record in Oracle 11i E-business applications (or like) focused on supply chain, manufacturing/planning, distribution, logistics and quality functionality; custom development & packaged systems full-lifecycle methodology and project management; application strategy and customer systems roadmap direction; IT systems implementation to drive business value; IT systems production support; process improvement and user training / communication / change management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with minimal direction; demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix team environment; ability to foster positive and constructive relationships.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage production sustaining and multiple on-going projects including development of methodologies and techniques; providing guidance to staff, managing results and ensuring effective feed-back to their US based management.
Maintain the structure, staffing and staff knowledge at levels required supporting the established resource, support and service requirements.
Coordinate with US based counterparts to establish strategic plans and objectives for the QCT India IT department.

Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
Preferred: Master's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Information Technology
