Generate Sales through outbound calls
Manage healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with the client's policies and procedures
Should be able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System, Terminologies)
Generate Sale for Organic Gardens from the existing customer base by outbound calls
Up sell of products by understanding the customer requirements and usage
Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
Responsible to meet sales targets provided monthly and YTD
Qualifications
:
Under Graduate /Graduate
Mandatory Skill Sets
:
Fluency in English & Regional language – Hindi, Marathi
Should be able to comprehend Organic Gardens products and their usage
Should be able to converse very well with clients in order to sale/promote the client's products
Should have working knowledge with Computers
Should be aggressive & competent with Sales function/cycle
Soft skills required
:
Good communication skills

:
3 – 6 months with domestic outbound sales and service call center experience

Office Timings
:
11:00 AM to 08:00 PM [Inclusive of 45min breaks, Monday thru Sunday]
Flexible to work in shifts if required.
No weekly off would be made available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
