The candidate will be required to work in close conjunction with the MD and the Board of the company on defined paths and perform a semi-entrepreneurial role in growing the company.
Ambition, integrity, vision, risk taking and analytical abilities are the key determinants for selection.
The candidate would be required to break up defined targets into tasks, create a team to deliver and oversee and deliver in the following operations:
Project Planning and implementation
Marketing & Sales
Strategic alliance creation
Fundraising
Construction monitoring
Brand creation
Street smartness and leadership would be preferred to long experience. Has to be a long term player.
Age: 32-37 with a minimum experience of 10 years
Background: Background in Civil Engg. Would be preferred though not mandatory
Mandatory: Experience in any of the following: real estate sector/ insurance/ banking with an exposure to construction being imperative
Compensation: Comparable to the best in industry. Range of 12 (floor) to 30 (variable upper limit) lakhs p.a.
