Position- Business Development manager
Qualification: MBA/BBA with specialization in sales or marketing.
Experience: 1- 5 years
Base Salary - Rs. 20000 per month
Develop the sales of the company’s services in within a defined geographic area
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning through sales
Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Achieve new accounts/clients, to retain the signed accounts & also achieve the sales target.
Responsible for monitoring the Sales activities
Making presentations, working out proposals and closing deals.
Developing clients and increasing business growth.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates contract rates and discounts in consultation with vendors.
Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s services.
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
Collaborates with Top Management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all service lines.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Collaborates with Top Managements to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
Since the candidate will be joining in the early stages of the company, he/she will have plenty of learning opportunities and be part of a growing company right from the early stages. The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO and he/she will be offered generous commission for sales closed.
