Job Description: Job Description: - Designation: -Business Development Manager – Key Accounts The Role: - • Maximize Organization® Product portfolio with all Key Accounts, designated business opportunities in order to contribute to the short and long term financial, sales and market share targets. • Complete projects assigned by the National Sales Manager - Strategic accounts from time to time on an ad hoc basis related to the Organization® Product portfolio business at the Key Accounts. • Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the Marketing Plans, Positioning and Promotional concepts in conjunction with strategic guidance document from Regional/ Global/ National Marketing at the Key Accounts. • Core Responsibilities include establishing objectives and programs related to : Marketing activities , including advertising and promotion, Market research, raining, Promotional events and new product launch activities. • Arranging meetings and programs for R & D collaboration with Key Accounts and Organization. Basic Functions: - • Create, propose and implement key brand promotional projects for the Organization® Product portfolio (e.g. Emphasis on the Big " A" CMA strategy, Upgrade and conversion strategy, mailing drives, advertising/promotional campaigns, briefing documents for the Product sales in Key accounts sales team ). • Plan, coordinate and implement activities directed towards the key target groups of Key accounts surgeons/ consultants. • Works with Key accounts team and at targeted accounts, enhancing and accelerating the sales process converting competitive product usage to Organization product usage . Supports Key account managers / executive efforts with product knowledge and provides insights at trade shows and meetings. • Champion the Organization® product spread expansion and drive the functioning as Centre of Excellence for Organization® product portfolio in order to facilitate the important strategic advantage and so as to address the concerns of low adoption in the market. • Attainment of market share and profit objectives through optimization of portfolio structure / sales mix. To increase efficiency of all promotional activities through periodical cost/benefit analysis (sampling, efficiency of promotional inputs / trade promotions etc.) • Focus on marketing effectiveness through objective-oriented activity and measures planning, optimization of the activities and measures in line with strategies defined by marketing management through utilization of the entire marketing mix. • Plan and implement training and continued encouragement activities to PSG so as to archive optimal through puts at each of the Key account. • Propose and execute proper support material for patient education which may be unique / customized to each of the Key accounts needs. • Propose and implement a communication strategy by SOV and right messaging for the Organization® product brands with identified key opinion leaders with in the Key accounts. • Develop strategic and tactical action plans based on observation during trips to the accounts so as to analyze, observe and conduct market research to observe the competitive market segments and gain competitive intelligence. • Propose/Design Key Account centric value addition programs which are perceived and provide more value add to the customer encouraging them to continue/expand business with Organization.
