Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for the implementation (circuit ordering and provisioning) of service(s) as defined by the customers official order (external customer) or officially sanctioned internal works order (internal customer). Manage the overall circuit implementation of required service(s), including local language support, where relevant. Manage and provide feedback to the customer (internal or external) as required throughout the implementation phase Ensure project timelines are met (i.e. project is commenced and completed on time). Ensure the compliance and standard of company and organisational policies and procedures are met. Manage and provide feedback & status to relevant AT&T Teams e.g. Project & Service Managers, Sales & Engineering Accurately enter, administer, monitor and maintain AT&T implementation systems, toolsets and databases. Coordinate with AT&T Network Field Operations for any cabling requirements at AT&T's Points of Presence (PoP) Track, report and resolve implementation issues with the customer, suppliers or AT&T Teams. Arrange testing of Carrier circuits if and when required. Hand-over of access circuit to and obtain formal acceptance from customer (internal or external). Work with AT&T Finance (Circuit Administration) to resolve any potential issues around payment of 1st invoice to access suppliers if required. Provide Management with regular updates and monthly report(s) on implementation activities. Other duties as directed
