Job Description: Department : Maintenance Department Education : B Tech / Bachelor of Electrical Engineering / Operational Management. Having Handled different clients or customers and professionally handling Maintencence Engineering team Exp: 10 years and above , Exp in handling Teckpark Building, Or Looking a candidate with 5-star Hotel or Hospitality industry background. 1. Attending client complaints in the entire Teck Park. 2. Building Maintenance, on Facilities like, Electricals, A/c, DG, Fire Alarms, and Plumbing Techniques. 3. Took Initiate to cross check the repetitive and pending issues, rectify with the support of the technical team and address to the client. 4. Good communication with operational skill, (Engineering skills) to address the issues 5. Target on customer service standers level and up gradation of the commercial Building and escalate to higher management. 6. Process and proper system implementation in Maintenance and property management. 7. Overall supervision and support to the maintenance team and for up gradation of the building.
