To create Indent through (ERP) after getting approval from Project Head.
To follow up the Purchase Department till receiving of material.
To organize for receipt of materials/ consignment, physical inspection, verification of documents and acknowledge the receipt of materials.
To offer the QC Dept.for inspection of material to check the quality parameters.
Take entries into inward registers and preparation of Material Receipt Note (MRN) /Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and send it to Accounts Dept. after inspection through ERP System.
To store the accepted materials at the defined locations.
To maintain easy accessibility of stocks.
To return the rejected materials to suppliers through Material Return Note.
To take care of the materials from deterioration and pilferage.
To issue materials to Task /sub contractor through material issue voucher duly authorized signatory.
To control of issued materials by preparation of MIV Control Register for task and Sub contractor wise.
To maintain the Computerized stock ledger to ensure the stock match physical V/s ledger on monthly basis.
To transfer the Surplus Materials to other stores/ sites as per instruction from H.O..
To take the returned material from task/ sub contractors into books/ ledger after only acceptance of QC Dept.
To receive the posted Transfer Order from other sites and creation of Transfer Order to other sites after dispatch of material.
B. Inventory Management:
To generate the all Inventory report on monthly basis.
To generate the cumulative Inventory Report.
Reconciliation of Project related materials.
Keeping all Project material records of sub contractors / departmental.
To generate vehicle and Equipment wise Diesel consumption report.
To generate the MIS as and when required.
C. Material Handled:
All types of Civil, Structural, Equipment spares, Electrical items, Measuring Instruments, Tools & Tackles, Lubricants, Shuttering materials & General Consumables items related to Construction Projects.
