Provide Leadership to the Transport Team

Single point of Management Control for Transport Services

Ensure complete Employee Satisfaction

Ensure complete safety of employees while traveling. Ensuring adherence of all statutory compliance with regards to drivers and vehicles

Responsible for round the clock employee safety using transport services

Implementation and supervision of Installation security/escorts.

End to End Ownership on Compliance requirements of Transport Feets

Oversee the compilation and deliver the required reports on the Transport Service performance on time

Responsible on overall Transport Expense sheets

Transport vendor Management for ensuring smooth operations

Management of Team members, cabs,drivers & vendor supervisors

Ensure optimum routing, Optimum utilization of Cabs and Buses, Readdressing of general grievances

Ensure timely response/resolution of all the employee’s transport related issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Typically 10-12 years of related experience in running transport Operations for Contact Centre (minimum 2000+ employee base)

In depth understanding of Contact centre environment from both Support Timings and hours support perspective

Analytical and data driven decision making

Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills

Creativity & self motivated to find solutions in a sometimes ambiguous environment

Drive & "self starter" to define solutions in often times ambigous situations

Experience in driving change
