Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure achievement of sales targets
? Provide local inputs to sales planning exercise; set and communicate daily targets (basis the quarterly/monthly plans) to distributors/FOS team and monitor daily sales performance
? Ensure build-up of pipeline with potential conversion accounts & new order prospects; and monitor the status of key order conversions, open calls status
? Prepare monthly reports on sales performance & provide market feedback
? Collect and collate competitor information and market trends
? Responsible for achieving targets on quality acquisition i.e. revenue earning per customer
2. Create partner network and manage working relationship
? Identify and appoint required number of dealers and distributors in the territory; while ensuring maximum coverage
? Maintain effective working relationships with distributors through regular communication and interaction
? Ensure proper screening of distributor claims and process for timely settlement
? Give recommendations on selection/termination of distributors; monitor investments required to be made and ROI
? Ensure proper training of FOS to enable them to work effectively
3. Ensure product penetration and adequate stock availability
? Maintain adequate supply of stock to ensure timely availability of product in the market
? Maintain updated information on sales schemes and ensure communication to retailers
? Focus on growing customer base in the territory through network expansion
