Provides consultative support to HR and Business Leaders in India in the area of organization assessment and design, change management, talent management and leadership team development
Uses organizational effectiveness tools and practices as required to accelerate organizational and team performance.
Facilitates the alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key priorities; ensures COE priorities map to business priorities in India; builds change management and organization design capability and accountability in HRG's and line managers.
Assist the organization with succession planning and other talent management activities.
Identifies learning needs and partners with India Learning Leaders or external resources to develop learning solutions for India.
Provides India-wide governance of OD&L priorities, discipline, tools, initiatives and processes. Manages India OD&L team.
A self-initiating, independent thinker with proven experience in planning, launching, monitoring and acting on long-range corporate initiatives that look beyond the present state of the business and focus on major long term change.
Successful track record of leading a function that yielded measurable, positive performance and business outcomes; ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across complex organizations and multi-site geographies.
Experience of working with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives.
Ability to impact and influence remote and distributed line and staff organizations and get things done through others. Well-developed networking and communication skills. High tolerance of ambiguity yet focused on tangible and measurable results.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
Experience: A minimum of 8 years experience in OD, Talent Management and Learning area, including demonstrated OD intervention skills in a global organization, with a minimum of 3 years experience of leading a team.
