Experience:
The candidate must have at least 2-5 years of experience in most or all of the following
Analysis of survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data plan projects.
Plan and design of transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
Computing of load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors determine design specifications.
Inspection of project sites, monitor progress and ensure conformance design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
Participation in surveying of lay out installations and establishes reference points, grades, and elevations guide construction.
Estimating quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor determine project feasibility.
Testing of soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
Providing technical advice regarding design and construction.
The candidate should have working knowledge of MS project scheduling (other construction related software), Google Earth and Microsoft Excel. People with prior experience in large scale real estate projects are encouraged to apply.
