Acquiring high value relationships from branches into the private banking group
To acquire new clients in the targeted HNI segment from outside the Bank
Managing relationships of super HNI clients and to ensure high level of client satisfaction
Offering Private Banking/ wealth management services thru products like mutual funds, advise on direct equity, structured products, insurance, and bonds
Achieve annual revenue targets in slabs of 2crs, 1 crs and 0.5 cr
Candidates having active investor relationships (AUM book) will be preferred
To keep oneself updated on the financial markets & in advisory products / services in particular. (Equities, Mutual Funds, Asset Allocation, Derivatives)
To execute cross-sell efforts as per focus of the Bank at a given time
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Any post graduation; MBA/CA preferable
2-7 yrs of work experience
Having experience of selling equity, mutual funds, insurance related products to HNI Clients
Should be AMFI certified
Experience in the area of broking / investment advisory
Good interpersonal skills & team player
Excellent communication Skills
Relationship management skills
Client sourcing capabilities
