Partner with testing team in creating test cases and test data. Create and automate a regression suite for a specific project, integrating all internal and external test cases. Execute performance testing and benchmarking on target platform.

Provide L2 Application support on ZLs products to clients by carrying out root-cause analysis of incidents / problems escalated by the L1 support team. Create and update a knowledge base repository to be used by client and customer support team. Build rapport with stakeholders to strengthen process and support delivery. Skills Required: Mandatory Computer Science degree or equivalent is required with 0-4 years of work experience.

Experience in database development SQL skills is mandatory. Preferably on Oracle but not restricted. Programming Knowledge in JAVA is mandatory. Experience in providing production application / database support on a global scale with an in-depth understanding of SLA(s) is mandatory.

Desired Knowledge and exposure to regression testing, performance tuning and performance benchmarking. Working level knowledge on JBoss and UNIX. Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment will be an asset Competency Required: Excellent communication skills. Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills along with ability to work independently and efficiently as well as part of a team.

Should be flexible on working hours based on specific client needsWillingness to travel for short duration to onsite also working on 24/7 shift (inclusive of Saturday Sunday)
